i absolutely ADORE this photo.

she has such beautiful eyes. and her eyes always seem to have an inner peace behind them.





this next picture i took of this sweet girl without looking into the camera. so, we only got half of her cute smile. but this half of her smile is enough to make me smile.

today

today was beautiful!
i won't normally post much else here besides portraits, but as i was on my way after tonight's session, the sun was just calling me.


so i snapped a few shots while i was driving. i know... a bit dangerous? not really. traffic was moving really slow. it was THAT time of day. and i am so glad it was. because it was lovely.

these two kids are SO adorable. i know, girls are happy being adorable. but a manly boy, adorable? i shouldn't say it. but he is. and his sister is beautiful. and adorable. and they have so much fun together.

the b&e family

this beautiful family was so good. it was surprisingly cold and cloudy the day we arranged to do their photos. but, they braved it.

aaron and lezlie's family

this family is so wonderful. the mom is always so positive. and she finds the most fun things to do with her two beautiful girls. these girls are so sweet.

i just LOVE this photo. this is how happy this darling girl is whenever i see her.



this adorable daughter is such a cuddle bug. and just as happy as her little sister.

the j&j family

wow, i am definitely falling behind. i went with this cute family to shelby farms yesterday. it was so fun being with them. the mom is so fun, and her laugh is contagious. and you can tell just how much their daughter loves her mom and dad.












and you can tell that she LOVES her little sister.

well, yesterday had been BEAUTIFUL. finally. but wouldn't you know that right when we went to take photos some dark clouds covered the sun right up. but, i had fun taking their photos under cloud cover. they were such good sports. they have so much energy and such fun personalities. and we LOVE this family.

mister max

he isn't that little anymore. he has grown so much. it is so fun for me to watch babies and kids grow. the changes they go through are so wonderful to observe. and this little man has changed!

the a&t family

this family was so fun to be with. and the kids are so, so cute.
the mom is a wonderful teacher and amazingly productive person. i don't know where she finds the time and energy to do the things she does. my kids were able to have her as a teacher for science camp this summer and they had a blast.

mister noah

this handsome kid is my son's "brother". well, my son wishes he was. noah has such a fun personality, and we had fun making faces and laughing at each other.
